Jordan earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Hearing Sciences, with a minor in Business Administration and Management, from the University of Cincinnati. She later received her Master of Science in Speech, Language, and Learning from Northwestern University, where she further developed her expertise in evidence-based assessment and intervention.
Jordan has experience evaluating and treating a wide range of communication disorders across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include articulation and phonological disorders, expressive and receptive language delays, social communication (pragmatics), fluency disorders, autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, aphasia, traumatic brain injury, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She values the unique strengths and experiences each client brings to therapy and is committed to providing individualized care that supports meaningful progress.
At the heart of Jordan's practice is a strong belief in family-centered care. She works closely with clients and their families to create personalized therapy plans that are engaging, functional, and tailored to each individual's goals. Through collaboration, education, and practical strategies that can be carried over into everyday routines, Jordan empowers families to support communication growth beyond the therapy setting.
Opening Guiding Hands & Voices is the realization of a lifelong dream for Jordan. She is honored to partner with individuals and families on their communication journey and is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where every voice is heard, valued, and empowered.
