What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, who an evaluation may be for, and your message. We do not require accounts, and we do not collect payment information on this site.

What we don't do

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
We do not display ads.

This site stores one small preference on your device (whether you dismissed the "install app" message) and may cache pages so the site loads quickly and works offline. Neither is used to track you. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived technical logs for security purposes.

How we use your information

Information you submit through the contact form is used for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you wish, to schedule an evaluation. Submissions are delivered to our team by email and stored securely with trusted service providers that act on our behalf (our website host, form storage, and email delivery services). Each is bound to use the information only to provide those services to us.

A note about health details: the contact form is not a secure medical channel and is not for emergencies. Please share only the general reason for your inquiry — detailed health history can wait for your evaluation, where it is collected and protected under the privacy practices we provide to clients. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.

Children

This website is intended for adults. Parents and guardians submit inquiries on behalf of their children; we do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
